It's very simple! Just follow this 4-step process:
1. Log in to your account. If you have any trouble doing so, please fill out our contact form and we'll help you out.
2. Hover over the "My Account" option, and select "DELIVERY HOLD".
3. Select start and end dates. IMPORTANT NOTE: the "Returning" date should be the day before your next delivery. If you say you'll be out "Monday, November 32 and returning Monday, November 39" you'll actually get skipped both Mondays. So you'll want to say you're out "Monday, November 32 and returning Sunday, November 38."
4. Click the "ADD VACATION" button. You'll then see that your order has been automagically removed from the list of upcoming deliveries.
ONE OTHER NOTE: We are always off MLK Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. If you receive Monday deliveries, you do not need to reschedule these orders - we will deliver them on Tuesday instead.
